Victims of Fate

The life next door yesterday died

People; They all cried, Oh they cried

People; Deep-down rejoiced

Mere out of contempt some blamed the fate

Wailing their sorrows

They once borrowed

Deemed themselves now

The victims of fate

So what’s your game?

Who do you blame?

Or are you another victim of fate?

In the cold, In the heat

A life on the corner of street

Begged another for a piece of bread

Said: My children go to bed

Hungry every night (hungry every night)

So, Help me sir! Help me Ma’am!

But No one even gave a damn

Cried now, calling himself a victim of fate

And who could even debate?

So, what’s your game?

And who do you blame?

Or are you another victim of fate?

Before giving up, life on the rooftop

Cried and whined about the life-unfair

No one tried to stop, (no one tried to stop)

No one really cared

Ah! Another one mate, Another one mate

Life too young killed in the hands of fate

So what’s your game?

And who do blame?

Or are you another victim of fate?

And people they said,

too soon he died,

why wouldn’t he earn the bread?

Poor kid committed suicide

But who are we to decide???

Who are we to decide?
